Biscotti (pronounced /bɪˈskɒti/, Italian pronunciation: [bisˈkɔtti]) more correctly known as biscotti di Prato (English: biscuits of Prato), also known as cantuccini (English: corners), are a twice-baked cake originating in the Italian city of Prato. The cakes are large almond biscuits, made dry and crunchy through cutting the loaf of dough while still hot and fresh from baking in the oven.

Biscotti,也叫意大利咖啡饼干。
在意大利文中除了有泛指饼干的意义, 因为这种饼干需要烤两次,所以Bis也有二度或者二回的意思。
最常见的吃法是,把 Biscotti 浸在一杯香醇的咖啡或是一杯意大利酒中。
在意大利也常把 Biscotti 配上一份意大利式冰淇淋 。
当然 Biscotti 也可以当成一般的饼干,单独品尝它的香味。
不过Biscotti 最受一般欢迎吃法,还是当成一种 “Dipping Cookies” ,浸着饮料一起吃。
尤其,嘴馋的时候拿来慢慢的咬~特别香!

【黑糖麦片+杏仁Biscotti の材料】Ingredients

(材料A)
黑糖(红糖)Brown Sugar → 70g
全蛋 Eggs → 2个(中型)Medium
(材料B)
低筋面粉 Low Protein Flour → 160g
泡打粉 Baking Powder → 2小匙
(材料C)
即食燕麦 Instant Oats→ 40g
葡萄干 Raisins → 适量
核桃仁+杏仁 Walnuts + Almonds → 适量(预先用小火炒至酥香, have to fry with low heat till sweet-smelting)

【黑糖麦片+杏仁Biscotti の做法】

1。首先,将(材料A)搅拌均匀。
Mix well all the Ingrediant A .
2。然后,加入已经過篩的(材料B)后再加入(材料C)混合搅拌均匀。
Add in all the ingrediant B after sift than ingrediant C.
3。把面团分成2份并且整成2长方形状。
After mix all the ingrediant very well , make the dough in 2 pieces with rectangular shape.
4。把烤箱预热180℃,烤20分钟。
Pre-heat your oven with 180℃ and bake for 20 minutes

❀在你还没有给面团整形状之前,准备一个包好锡箔纸/烘焙纸的烤盘。撒上些面粉。
Before make to shape , ready your baking pan place aluminum foil / baking paper on it and some flour.

❀搅拌好的面团是蛮粘手的,给面团上些粉底。别忘记自己的手也沾些面粉才来整形。
The dough is very sticky, spread some flour on the dough and your hands.

❀整形好要扫掉多余的面粉才好放进烤箱哦,不然吃饼干的时候就满嘴都是面粉了。
After make the dough to rectangular shape, dont forget to sweep flours. ^^

5。烤好取出,等温度稍微下降。用刀切成1~1.5公分。
6。切好再放入烤箱以160℃烤多15分钟,即完成!

❀在切饼干之前给刀上一层薄薄的油,那样切出来的饼干就比较整齐美观。
Before cut biscotti , remember to wipe little bit oil on it . It makes biscotti looks beautiful.
